A) Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds complete the following complex:

Power clean + hang squat clean + squat clean + push jerk

(choose starting weight, and increase every round if possible)

 

B) EMOM 8mins:

Odds- Double unders L1=30 – L2=50 – L3=70

Evens- 6 Thrusters @L1=40kg/28kg – L3=50kg/35kg – L3=60kg/42kg

 

C) For time:

30 Wall balls

21 T2b

20 Wall balls

15 Chest to bars

10 Wall balls

9 Single kb snatches (each arm) @L1=20kg/12kg – L2=24kg/16kg – L3=28kg/20kg – L4=32kg/24kg
