“I can’t do that!” “You guys are crazy!” “That looks too intense!” We hear this often… It may look intimidating from the outside and usually sends people running. It’s human nature to fear the unknown. You don’t need to worry about the level of fitness you are currently at.
Our classes are designed for universal scalability and apply equally to all committed individuals regardless of their age or fitness level.
Our style of training will prepare you for any task that life demands, both physically and mentally. It will make you stronger and more confident in all facets of life. Don’t believe it? We dare you to give it a go…
The next step is to book in for your two “One on One” sessions.
One on One sessions
During these two sessions you will be taught the basic fundamental movements of our classes along with the more specific movements of olympic lifting.
Correct positions, proper technique and full range of motion is our focus here which in turn will will give you more of an understanding about how and why things are done in this manner and with this understanding it will allow you to get more out of each and every class you attend.
This is the first step for everybody new to Latitude 39, regardless of your physical ability and is a prerequisite for continuing with our classes. Once you complete the One on One sessions you will be ready to fully delve into our classes.
