6 Pistols (each leg), if too easy then add weight
60 second plank
B) 7 min AMRAP:
6 SDHP @30kg/40kg
9 Push press @ 30kg/40kg
12 Box jumps @ 20inch/24inch
C) 3 sets of:
20 Commando push ups
10 Double kb front rack squats
Broad jumps (length of box)
D) Partner WOD:
15 Cal Row
Max Wall balls @ 6kg/9kg
* the idea is to row the 15 cal as fast as you can so your partner
doesn’t get the chance to get many reps, and if you are doing the wall
balls then you are trying to get as many reps done before your partner
finishes the 15 cal. Compare total wall balls at the end*
