Workout
A) Deadlift: 11 – 9 – 7 – 5 – 3 – 1
After each set complete as many reps as possible of RING DIPS in 60 seconds
*Increasing weight for deadlift per set*
B) Partner Wod:
Run 400m (both run at same time, first back starts)
*in sets of 5-10*
15 Min AMRAP:
Wallballs x 100
Sit ups x 100
Walking lunges x 100
Medball twist x 100
At the 15 minute mark everybody runs 400m for time!!
