300m row
20 kb swings @24kg/16kg
10 Front squats @60kg/40kg
*one partner does the full round as fast as possible
while the other rests, swap over when round is complete*
B) 2 rounds (not for time):
3 Turkish get ups each arm
20 Prone knee to opposite wrist
60 sec hollow body
