A) For time:

60 Burpees

EMOM = 3 thrusters @43kg/25kg

*Start the 1st minute with thrusters*

 

B) 3 Sets (not for time):

Super set-

30 second hollow body/rock

Max Handstand hold against wall

10 Double kb bent over row

*really trying to think about hollow body position

during the hand stand . (no pressure on lower

back) Keeping everything off the wall

but your heels*

 

C) 3 Rounds for time:

30 Unbroken kb swings @24kg/16kg

20 Jumping Lunges

10 Push press @50kg/30kg

* if you stop during the kb swing before the

30 reps are done, put the kb down and start again*
