B) Front squats (from the floor):
4 – 4 – 4 – 4
*with a 3 second pause at the bottom of each squat,
so keep core switched on nice and tight. You can also
squat clean the first rep as long as you pause for the 3
seconds at the bottom of the catch*
C) EMOM 10 Min:
1 Squat clean
4 Front rack lunges
1 Split jerk
*@ 70% of your heaviest successful set
of 4 reps in (B). 80% for the last 5 minutes.*
