8 (each leg) Double kb overhead walking lunges

10 Commando press ups

20 Lying leg levers

*Try not to rest much between exercises but take

a rest after the levers. Keep core locked on tight*

 

B) 1 Min of work 1 min rest:

3 rounds each-

Box jumps (step off) @ 30inch/24inch

Goblet squats @24kg/16kg

Row (calories)

Power snatch @35kg/20kg
