EMOM:
Accumulate-
200 Double unders (400 single skips)
150 Squat jumps
100 Mountain climbers
80 Kb swings or wall balls
60 Press ups
40 Shoulder to overhead – up to 60/40kg or single arm kb/db shoulder to overhead
20 Burpee box jump overs or bar facing burpees

Notes:
For our session today we have this set as an EMOM.
You will work for 1min at the double unders (single unders), then once the min is up you will move on to the air squats and so on.
Once you have been through the list you will start again from the skipping but where you left off on the 1st round (hopefully you noted it down….).
You will continue like this until you accumulate the given reps for that particular movement.
There will be some movements that you will most likely finish before the others so when that movement comes back around you will skip it and go on to the next unfinished movement.
If you finish the reps before the minute is up you rest the remainder of that minute before starting on the next.
