Min1- Pull ups L1=10 – L2=15 – L3=20

Min2- Press ups L1=10 – L2=15 – L3=20

Min3- Air squats L1=15 – L2=25 – L3=35

C) For time:

30 – 25 – 20 Kb sdhp – up to 32/24kg
