Wall balls – up in 5’s

Burpee box jump overs – up by 1 each round or 2’s (depending). Goal is to get as close to if not over 10 reps here so if 10 is going to be a push go up by 1 rep each round.

5 Db push press

D) For time:

20 Alt db snatches – up to 22.5/15kg
