10 Burpee box jump overs

20 Single db shoulder to overhead

10 Single db Devils press

20 Single db overhead alt lunges

10 Single db alt hang squat clean thrusters

C) 2-3 sets/giant set:

10 Rower jacknifes

10 V-sit ups

10 Hollow body rocks
