20 Overhead alt lunges (plate/kb’s etc – nothing overly heavy)

Up to 10 strict pull ups

B) Every 5mins x4:

Every round has a 500m Run buy in then every round has a gymnastic movement in time remaining-

1: Hspu

2: Pull ups

3: Hspu

4: Muscle ups
