A) Super set

4 Sets of:

5 Strict press + 1 Push press

*after the 5 strict press rack the barbell and quickly load more weight on the bar

and do your 1 rep push press. This is one set*

1 Min Max double unders

 

B) Super set

4 sets of:

Max hand stand hold (only heels touching wall)

Max L-hang (bend knees if not able to have legs straight, but try to have a 90 degree

angle from hip to knee)

– 60 sec rest –

 

C) EMOM 12 minutes:

odd- Ladies: 10 cal row/ Men: 15 cal row

Even- 15 kb swings @20kg/28kg
