A) 5 sets to find your heaviest:

2 Front squats + 1 Split jerk

 

B) EMOM 6 minutes:

10 Thrusters @43kg/30kg

 

C) 3 minutes to achieve 3 rounds of:

2 Hang clean + jerks

+

2 Chin ups

*if you achieved the prescribed reps + rounds within the time frame,

wait until the 3 minutes are up*

Then

3 minutes to achieve 3 rounds of:

4 Hang clean + jerks

+

4 chin ups

*if you achieved the prescribed reps + rounds within the time frame,

wait until the 3 minutes are up*

Then

3 minutes to achieve 3 rounds of:

6 Hang clean + jerks

+

6 Chin ups
