A)  1 Clean EMOM 15 minutes:

Min 1- 30kg less than PB

Min 2- 25kg less than PB

Min 3- 20kg less than PB

Min 4- 15kg less than PB

Min 5- 10kg less than PB

*repeat for 3 rounds*

 

B) Front squats:

3 Sets of max reps @ weight of minute 3 of A)

 

C) For time:

15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3

Hand release press ups

Kb swings @24kg/16kg

*EMOM = 10 air squats*
