6 Ring dips (weighted if possible)

10 (unbroken) double kb thrusters (up weight if possible each set)

 

B) 10 min handstand push up/ handstand walking practise

 

C) 10 min AMRAP:

10 Press ups

10 Box jumps @30inch/24inch

10 Kb swings @32kg/24kg
