Workout

A) Hang power snatch:

3 – 3 – 3

 

B) Squat snatch:

3 – 3 – 3 (these do not have to be TNG but make sure you reset quickly between reps)

 

*If you are not comfortable/confident with loading the snatches in A or B then stick with a light

load and practise movement with higher reps*

 

C) 5 Rounds for time:

5 Lateral burpees

10 Chin ups

15 Kb swings @24kg/16kg

20 Jumping lunges

*EMOM= 3 Thrusters @43kg/30kg*

20 min time cap 

Need to find a chick that lifts.
