A) Squat cleans:

3rd set: 1-1

4th set: 1

*drop bar after every rep and take 10 sec to reset*

 

B) For time:

3 Rounds for time:

21 Wall ball @9kg/6kg

15 T2b

9 Deadlifts @weight you finished your single clean on A)

 

– Rest 3 mins-

C) 15 Burpee box jumps @24inch/20inch

(push hard and fast on these, don’t let up!!)
