B) Percentages are of your heaviest complex (above), not your 1RMĀ 

@ 80% complete max TNG squat snatch

@ 90% complete max TNG squat snatch

@ 100% complete max TNG squat snatch

(rest as needed between sets)

 

C) 3 Rounds for time:

25 wall balls

Double unders L1=20 – L2=40 – L3=60

10 Burpee box jumps
