3 Hang power cleans + 2 jerks @L1=50kg/25kg – L2=65kg/35kg – L3=80kg/45kg

– Rest 3 mins –

EMOM 5 mins:

2 Hang power cleans +  1 jerk @L1=60kg/30kg – L2=80kg/40kg – L3=100kg/50kg – L4=110kg/60kg

(only consider L4 if your feeling good and connecting all the dots, if the levels are still too high keep the load at a challenging but an

accomplishable level)
