10 (each arm) single arm ring rows

Max decline press ups on kbs (feet on box hands on kb’s, try to get as deep as you possibly can)

– scale to regular press ups –

 

B) For time:

1-2-3-4-5 Wall climbs

5 Pull ups + 5 T2b (1 for 1, e.g 1 pull up + 1 t2b repeat 5 times)

20 Kb swings @L1=16kg/8kg – L2=20kg/12kg – L3=24kg/16kg

50 Double unders
