1 Rope climb – any form e.g regular, L-climb, legless e.t.c

2 Wall climbs (try as hard as you can to get chest to touch the wall)

4 L1= Pull ups – L2= Chest to bars – L3= Muscle ups (rings or bar)

8 Pistols (weighted if possible)

 

B) 3 sets/superset:

10 Stifflegged deadlifts

400m Run

21 Kb swings @ L1=16kg/8kg – L2=20kg/12kg – L3=24kg/16kg

12 Pull ups
