B) “Running clock”

0 – 10 mins:

find heaviest complex:

4 Deadlifts + 3 hang squat cleans + 2 front squats + 1 Jerk

10 – 15 mins:

400m Hill run

20 Hand release press ups

Max kb swings in time remaining @ L1= 24kg/16kg – L2= 28kg/20kg – L3= 32kg/24kg
