A) 4 sets to find your heaviest complex:

2 Push press + 2 push jerk + 1 split jerk

 

B) In teams of 3 complete:

(one person working at a time, unless specified)

3 rounds each of –

20 Wall balls

20 SDHP @L1=20kg/15kg – L2=30kg/20kg – L3=40kg/25kg

10 Box jump overs (when the 1st team member to get to these the next member can start their round)

 

3 rounds each of-

15 Hang power snatch @ same as above

10 T2b

 

3 rounds each of-

15/10 cal row

10 Lateral burpees

(the aim here is to hit each of these rounds as hard as you possibly can!!)
