10 Pull ups + 10 t2b (1 for 1)

15 SDHP @L1=30kg/20kg – L2=40kg/30kg – L3=50kg/40kg

 

B) Bench press: 5 – 4 – 3 – 4 – 5

(try for the sets of 4+5 to be heavier on the way back up)
