B) 7min AMRAP:

7 Push press @ L1= 20kg/15kg – L2= 30kg/20kg – L3= 40kg/25kg

9 SDHP @ same as above

 

C) 10 mins to find 2 rep max bench press

 

D) 5 min ladder:

5 Hand release press ups

3 – 6 – 9 – 12 e.t.c m-ball cleans
