B) Death by clean + jerk @ either
Men- 40kg/50kg/62kg
Ladies- 20kg/30kg/43kg
* 1st min= 1 clean + jerk. 2nd min= 2 c + j. 3rd min= 3 c + j.
e.t.c. Until you can no longer achieve the reps within the minute.*
C) With a running clock:
0 – 2 mins:
40 Wall balls
2 – 5 mins:
30 T2b
5 – 7 mins:
6 wall climbs
7 – 10 mins:
3 rounds of
10 push press @43kg/20kg
10 chin ups
