5 Sets to find heaviest complex

Power clean

Front Squat

Push press

Back squat

push press

*7 times through this sequence = 1 set, all without resting

barbell on the ground*

 

B) EMOM 16 min:

Odd: 2 Wall climbs + 10 kb swings @ 32kg/24kg

(if weight not realistic then try to go heavier than your usual weight)

Even: 2 Hang power cleans

4 Push press

6 Front rack lunges

@50kg/30kg
