Workout

A)  Power snatch + Over head squat:

3 + 1/ 3 + 1/ 2 + 1/ 2 + 1

(Try to keep it at a weight that you don’t press out on at the top of the catch)

*The power snatches don’t have to be TNG but reset quickly between reps*

 

B) Death by:

Front squats @50kg/30kg + Lateral burpees

 

C) EMOM 10 min:

5 T2b + 5 Burpee box jumps @24inch/20inch
