A) 3 sets/super set:

8 e.l Box step ups (weighted if able)

20 Walking lunges (weighted if able)

10 Turkish sit ups

B) Death by:

Wall cimbs

(1 rep 1st min – 2 reps 2nd min – 3 reps 3rd min etc until fail)

C) For time:

30 Squat clean + jerks – up to 60/40kg

20 Lateral burpees

10 Front squats

(if no barbell but have a db or kb use this/these instead. If you have a pair then stick with 30 reps, if you only have one of either then go for 40 squat clean thrusters instead of 30 and 20 front squats instead of 10)
