400m run – Scaled= 200m

20 Wall balls

10 Power snatches @L1=25kg/15kg – L2=30kg/20kg – L3=35kg/25kg

– Rest 2 mins –

x4 rounds

(hit these hard, try not to stop moving until everything is done)
