Workout

A) 10 minutes to find a 5 rep max thruster

 

B) Tabata something else:

Pull ups

Push ups

Sit ups

Squats

*you only get the usual 10 sec rest after every tabata

round. 8 rounds Pull ups – 10 sec rest, 8 rounds Push ups – 10 sec rest etc*

 

– Rest 4 minutes –

 

C) Row or Run 800m for time

If you think 20 seconds goes by fast....you have never done a Tabata.
