A) Super set
Back squats: 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5
Broad jumps: x2 *try not to spend much time on the ground between broad jumps, one after the other
as quick and far as possible*
B) EMOM 6 mins:
4 Bar facing burpees
+ 6 front rack lunges @60% of your 2 rep back squat weight
C) 5 Rounds:
6 T2b
8 Deadlifts @ same weight as B)
16 Lateral jumps over barbell
*10 Min time cap*
