Squat clean + front squat + hang squat clean + front squat + squat clean

 

B) @ 75% of above complete:

2x Max reps TNG squat cleans with 2mins rest between sets

 

C) “New Best Friend”

4 rounds for time:

200m Run with m-ball

20 M-ball push jerks

20 Over head m-ball lunges

(every time m-ball gets lowered down below the knee= 20 wall balls)

-15min cap-
