A) 3 Rounds for time:
1 Wall climb
20 Kb swings @24kg/16kg
40 Double unders/80 singles
B) 4 sets of:
3 Broad jumps (taking no longer than 2 seconds to set up between jumps)
Max strict chin ups
Max clapping press ups (if you know you can get more than 8 clapping press ups,
go for max double clapping press ups/1 at the front and one behind the back)
– Rest 90 sec –
C) 3 Rounds for time:
200m run with wall ball @9kg/6kg
10 Over head walking lunges with mball
15 wall balls
10 Over head walking lunges with mball
* If during the WOD you put the ball down or rest it on or against anything (including feet or even your head
during the lunges) an extra 200m meter run (with the mball) will occur right then and there,
then carry on where you left off*
