B) Build to 8 rep max back squat
C) EMOM 10 mins:
Odds- 10 T2b + 5 bar facing burpees
Evens- 10 Shoulder to overheads + 5 front squats @ L1= 40kg/25kg – L2= 50kg/35kg – L3= 60kg/45kg
