B) EMOM 15 mins:

Min1- L1= 10 pull ups – L2= 10 chest to bars – L3= 5 muscle ups

Min2- 4 Power clean + jerks @75% of your 1RM

Min3- 4 Box jumps @30inch/24inch + 8 goblet squats @L1=24kg/16kg – L2= 28kg/20kg – L3=32kg/24kg

 

C) Strict press: 3 – 3 – 5 – 7
