A) Super set: 

3 sets of (not for time):

8 – 10 (each arm) Single arm ring row

Max T2b

3 Broad jumps

*broad jumps are to be done as fast and as

explosive as possible, as soon as your feet touch

the ground you should be jumping again*

 

B) 7 Min AMRAP:

10 Hr press ups

15 Deadlifts @60kg/30kg

 

C) Max reps push press

Men@ either 40kg/50kg/60kg

Ladies@ either 20kg/30kg/40kg

* you can rest above your head (extended)

or in the front rack position,

but anywhere else the set is over.

You have 5 mins to prep and do the set*

 

D) 3 rounds:

5 Burpees

6 chin ups

12 box jumps @24inch/20inch

*5 minute time cap*
