A) 5 Sets of:
5 strict press + 3 push press + 1 split jerk
*all is 1 set and without putting down/ re-racking the barbell*
B) EMOM 12 minutes:
Odd- 10 Russian kb swings @32kg/24kg
+ 5 Goblet squats @ same weight
Even- 10 Shoulder to over head @50kg/30kg
+ 5 Chest to bar pull ups
– Rest 5 mins –
C) 2 Rounds for total reps of:
1 min- Press ups
– 10 sec rest –
1 min- Box jumps
– 10 sec rest –
1 min- wall climbs
– 10 sec rest –
