10 Deadlifts @80kg/40kg

15 Chin ups

20 Deadlifts

20 Chin Ups

30 Deadlifts

7 – 14 minutes

5 rounds:

10 T2b

20 Air squats

14 – 16 minutes

Max burpees

rest you earned it)
