20 Chin Ups
30 Deadlifts
7 – 14 minutes
5 rounds:
10 T2b
20 Air squats
14 – 16 minutes
Max burpees
(if you don’t complete the amount of work in the time frame
move on to the next time frame. If you finish with time remaining,
rest you earned it)
