Min 3 – Agility ladder (across + in and outs)
B) EMOM 6 mins:
10 chest to bars + 10 wall balls @9kg/6kg
(scale to chin ups)

C) For time:
6 – 12 – 18 – 24
Kb snatches (half left half right) @24kg/16kg
Box jumps @24inch/20inch
