5 Plyo press ups onto box

*scale to clapping press ups*

Max Strict straight leg t2b/leg raises

 

B) 3 rounds for time:

30 kb swings *up weight every round*

Men= 1st- 24kg/2nd- 28kg/3rd- 32kg

Ladies= 1st- 12kg/2nd- 16kg/3rd- 20kg

25 Lateral jumps

20 Over head squats @30kg/20kg

10 Chin ups
