A) Clean and Jerks:

EMOM 3 min- 5 reps @50kg/30kg

EMOM 3 min- 4 reps @60kg/35kg

EMOM 3 min- 3 reps @70kg/40kg

EMOM 3 min- 1 rep @80kg/45kg

Every 30 sec for 3 min- 3 reps @60kg/35kg

 

B) 10 min to find 5 rep max strict press

 

C) EMOM 8 minutes:

Odd- 20 Jumping squats

Even- 5 Strict press @80% of B) + 15 lateral jumps + 5 Burpees
