Then 7mins to find max clean + jerk

 

B) 10mins to warm up/build up weight-

Then 7mins to find max snatch

 

C) For time:

4 rounds-

15 Overhead squats (scale to front squats) @L1=20kg/15kg – L2=30kg/21kg – L3=43kg/30kg

15 Box jump overs
