B) 3 Rounds for time:
400m Run
2 TGU e.a – up to 20/12kg
15 Pull ups
20 Single kb Overhead alt lunges
Then
Buy out – 200m Plate carry – up to 40/30kg (eg 2x 20kg plates. If using more than 1 plate, they have to be stacked. All plates have to be held at front of stomach/hips)
