5 Single kb hang squat cleans

5 Single kb shoulder to overhead

5 Single arm russian swings

5 Single kb front squats

-complete all unbroken with 1 arm then complete all unbroken with other arm, this= 1 set. Get as heavy as possible-

B) Split Jerk:

4x 3

C) 4 Rounds for time:

5 Bar facing burpees

10 Deadlifts @L1=61/43kg – L2=84/61kg – L3=101/70kg – L4=12/84kg
