8 Strcit ring dips (add weight if able/use bands if needed)

B) EMOM 16mins:

Min1- 4 Burpee box jump overs + max wall balls

Min2- 8 Alt db snatches (heavy)

Min3- Cal row L1=9/7 – L2=7/5 – L3=5/3 + max burpees over rower

Min4- REST

C) 3 sets/super set:

8 e.a Single db row

Max clapping press ups
