2 Back squats – NO pause (same weight as above)

B) EMOM 20mins:

Min1: Up to 15/12 Cal row or 12/9 Cal bike

Min2: 5 Hang power cleans + 5 Shoulder to overhead + 5 front squats @L1=43/30kg – L2=52/35kg – L3=61/43kg – L4=70/52kg

Min3: Up to 10 1for1 T2b+Pull ups

Min4: Up to 50 Double unders or 25 Lateral hops
