3 rep strict press + 3 rep push press

 

B) @80% of above:

3x max shoulder to over head with 1min rest between sets

 

C) EMOM 4 mins:

Cal row L1=10/5 – L2=15/10 – L3=20/15

EMOM 4 mins:

T2b + burpee box jumps L1= 5+2 – L2= 7+3 – L3= 10+5

– 1 min rest –

EMOM 4 mins:

15 kb swings + 5 goblet squats (no putting kb down for entire 4mins(below hips)= 5 burpees everytime @end of all EMOM’s(entire class!!))

L1= 24kg/16kg – L2= 28kg/20kg – L3= 32kg/24kg
